Правда же? И вы тоже. Ну действительно, кому интересно читать эту кучу малопонятной юридической писанины. Ставим галочку "да, я согласен" и вперёд.
А вот и зря. Там иногда обнаруживаются интересные вещи. Вот, например:
"Любые размещенные Пользователями Сайта Изображения, помеченные как «Публичные», могут публиковаться и использоваться Яндексом в печатных и аудиовизуальных материалах, размещаться в сети Интернет и использоваться иным образом для привлечения внимания других пользователей к Изображениям данного пользователя или к Сайту в целом (размещение на других страницах Сайта, использование в рекламных или маркетинговых материалах и т.д.), как с указанием их автора, так и без этого, без необходимости получения специального разрешения Пользователя и без выплаты авторского вознаграждения."

Такие положения, кстати, не являются чем-то исключительным.

1. Авторсоке право - неотъемлимо. От него нельзя "отказаться".
2. Давайте конкретно - яндекс не просит отказывать от каких-либо прав. Он просит право использовать фотографии в определенных целях без какого-либо вознаграждения и даже указания автора. Но из этого не следует, что я не могу продавать эту фотографию задорого кому-то еще.
На самом деле, вопрос опубликованых в инете изображений гораздо шире. Вероятность того, что фото "украдут" от фотохостинга не зависит. Хорошие озображения находят везде. И свой личный сайт никак Ваши права не защищает. Я не возьмсь утверждать, что со своего сайта украдут фото с той-же вероятностью, что и с фотохостинга, думаю, с меньшей... Но что-то мне подсказывает, что это о-малое, в общей вероятности. Наиболее значимо таки само фото, итд. и тп.
